Almost six months pregnant with her second child  Kim hit the beach with sisters Khloe and Kourtney in St Barts on Tuesday,

Afterwards as Kim cooled off she exposed her burgeoning baby bump in just a black sports bra and matching leggings while enjoying a chat with her mother Kris Jenner.
