2. Check your blood pressure
An optimal blood pressure level is 120/80mmHg or lower, and high blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or higher no matter your age. The lower your blood pressure the lower your risk of heart attack, heart failure, stroke and kidney disease will be. It is necessary to know your blood pressure and how to deal with it in case it is higher than normal.
3. Find a stress reliever
One of the reasons why people age faster is because of stress. Stress can come from so many places. From work, home, school, even relationships and family. What you need is a stress reliever or what we call a happy place. This can be any person or place where you can be yourself and de-stress. If it is a nice beach, go there and just relax.
